Each burner has an inner and outer brass ring, allowing it to go from simmer to boil quickly. When low heat is needed, only the inner burner will light, perfect for simmering, when more heat is required to cook, the outer burner also ignites when the gas is turned up.The built-in piezo flame thrower ignition means its consistently reliable, as it throws gas to the burner allowing it to light effortlessly even in windy conditions.The stable benchtop design includes nylon feet with rubber inserts that keep it steady and stop it moving around while in use.The stainless body means it is not only durable but effortless to clean, on top of this, the vitreous enamelled trivets and the brass burner inserts are all easy to remove allowing the whole cooking area to be cleaned.The wide design (it’s a two-burner stove in a three burner body) means there is plenty of room to use both burners at the same time, easily.
