Cocktail Chorizo Rolls

When Chorizo sausages was on almost every breakfast plate in Sydney’s cafe scene, we thought he had to do something with this beautiful meat. But we were never able to find the right mince. So we made it from scratch here in our own kitchen with reduced spice so everyone can enjoy!

Chorizo

Pork Mince (32%), Puff Pastry, Plain Flour, Onion, Butter, Salt, Tomato Paste, Texture Vegetable Protein, Sugar, Water, Sesame Seed, Egg, Vinegar, Meatloaf Seasoning, Salt, Chilli, Garlic and Pepper.
