Leek & Cheese Quiche

This leek quiche is no ordinary quiche. We take the time and effort to make sure it its beautifully made. The secret is in cooking the leek. We stir fry the leek with some black pepper. Our Chef makes sure that it’s not over cooked and soggy or not cooked enough whereby the under-cooked leek flavour can be too piercing for some.
